Quote Caveats
The quotation is valid for 60 days from the date of submission after which is subject to confirmation.
The rate quoted will be held for 12 months from the agreed commencement date and takes into account the legislation regarding the minimum working wage. The only variation is any further increase in the minimum wage or any further increase in the employer’s national health contributions and other financial levies imposed by the government.
Any increase in the National Minimum wage or employers' national insurance increase will be automatic at the increased percentage legislated by the government from the date of commencement.
These are the hours shown on the main quotation and are all charged at our quoted basic rate, or in the case of mobile patrols the number of visits per week. If the hours or visits are reduced the hourly rate will be subject to change.
TUPE
The quote assumes there are no TUPE arrangements in place or required.
VAT
All charges are exclusive of VAT and are charged at the current standard rate.
Invoices Payment Terms
Invoices are submitted by month's end, and payment is required within 30 days.
Assumptions
The above quotation presumes that the site facilities are available and comply with the minimum requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and are subject to a satisfactory site survey.
Period of Service
Guardsman assumes that the standard contract will be for 6 months unless stipulated before commencement where a cancellation period or end date will be agreed upon in advance and stated on this quotation or within the SLA.
Bank Holiday Rates
All hours worked, or mobile visits made on Statutory public holidays will be charged at a double rate except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when treble rates will apply.
Minimum Hours
The quote assumes when times and days are not provided by the client for the quotation there are a minimum of 40 hours per week with a minimum of 8-hour shifts. If the times provided are below the 8 hours a min of 8 hours will be charged.
Non Solicitation
You agree and understand that any attempt on the part of your company any attempt to induce Guardsman employees or contractors to leave the Client's employment, or any effort by you to interfere with the Client's relationship with its employees or other service providers would be harmful and damaging to our business
During the term of this Agreement and for five (5) years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, you will not in any way directly or indirectly:
induce or attempt to induce any employee or other service provider of ours to quit employment or retainer; otherwise, interfere with or disrupt our relationship with our employees or contractors and or
other service providers;
discuss employment opportunities or provide information about competitive employment to any of our employees or other service providers; or solicit, entice, or hire away any employee or other service provider from Guardsman.
If you induce any employees or contractor as above without the Guardsman's permission you agree to pay 1000 times the hourly pay rate per employee as a means of compensation to the Guardsman. If an employee joins with the acceptance of Guardsman then a 20% percent of the annual salary will be charged.
